May Calendar and Updates

Aloha Parents!

We hope you are having a great week.  We just wanted to share with you some updates and our May Calendar. If you would like to print it, click HERE for the PDF.  There is a lot happening so here's a heads up on what's to come.  Just a note, all of our sign ups are on our website at youthfpchawaii.org.  We will post this and other updates there.

First Friday - Ohana Night (May 3):  Please join us for our Ohana Night this Friday.  We are inviting all families to join us for a great time of fellowship.  We plan to have you see what our Friday nights look like and enjoy time together.  We will have a potluck and are looking forward to getting to know each of you better.  Please sign up at youthfpchawaii.org/ohana.

Youth Sunday (May 5):  Youth Sunday is here!  Our youth will be running all three services this Sunday.  Here are the details:

  • We are asking all youth to arrive at church by 7:30am on Sunday, May 5 (unless you have been asked to arrive earlier)

  • All youth will be in the choir risers and participate in the worship service there.

  • We are asking all students to wear blue.

  • Rehearsal:  For those who have a speaking or performing role, there will be a required dress rehearsal on Monday, April 29 from 6pm-9pm in the church sanctuary.

  • If you have not already signed up and are interested, we are still in need of families to bring food for our students--a little bit goes a long way.  If you are interested, please email us at youth@fpchawaii.org.

Middle School Summer Camp (May 31 - June 2):  We are SO EXCITED for our middle school camp this summer!  It will be from May 31 - June 2 and will be held out at Camp Erdman.  Registration is open!  Find out all the details and sign up at youthfpchawaii.org/middleschoolcamp.

BLOOM (June 21-22):  Calling all youth girls!  We are going to be attending the BLOOM Conference from June 21 - 22.  This is an amazing conference for young women, where our girls are encouraged, equipped, empowered & inspired to become all God has created them to be. This year's conference theme is CREATED and will dive into IDENTITY, CALLING, and PURPOSE. Sign up today at youthfpchawaii.org/bloom.

As always, please feel free to reach out to us at any time.

God Bless,
